Zeitwille nasce ad Amburgo negli anni ’80. Concentra la sua poetica artistica sui temi della comunicazione, del simbolismo e sulla prospettiva individuale e collettiva verso la realtà che ci circonda. Il suo percorso artistico comincia nel 2011 quando inizia a frequentare assiduamente l’atelier dell’artista tedesco Fritz Fronius, dove inizia a sviluppare il suo personalissimo stile pittorico che si colloca bilanciatamente tra il movimento impressionista e contemporaneo con ispirazioni pendenti da entrambe le parti. Artista Neo-figurativo, dipinge prevalentemente su tela, ma spesso si cimenta in murales e trova il suo massimo estro nelle installazioni, dove riesce a dare ampio sfogo alla sua creatività. Di fatti Zeitwille nella sua carriera artistica non ha omesso provocazioni e giochi volti a coinvolge il pubblico direttamente. Nel 2011 le strade di Heidelberg si riempiono di opere di un artista anonimo, suscitando un forte interesse mediatico, lo stesso avviene in altre città europee e nel 2015 a seguito del trasferimento dell’artista a Roma nasce il progetto Art To Still, dipinti creati per il pubblico e lasciati al pubblico, libero di poterli osservare e “rubare”, una riflessione che Zeitwille e l’artista romano Canz-52 con cui il progetto ha preso forma, fanno in tema di accessibilità delle opere nel mercato dell’arte contemporaneo. Continuamente alla ricerca del giusto bilanciamento tra sovrapposizioni e livelli, chiari e scuri, luci e ombre, le sue opere al primo impatto facilmente individuabili e riconoscibili dall’osservatore, svelano ad uno sguardo più attento, un’infinità di forme e significati.

Zeitwille was born in Hamburg in the 80s. He concentrates his artistic poetics on the themes of communication, symbolism and on the individual and collective perspective towards the reality that surrounds us. His artistic career began in 2011 when he began to assiduously frequent the atelier of the German artist Fritz Fronius, where he began to develop his very personal pictorial style that is balanced between the impressionist and contemporary movement with pending inspirations on both sides. Neo-figurative artist, he paints mainly on canvas, but often engages in murals and finds his greatest inspiration in installations, where he manages to give wide vent to his creativity. In fact Zeitwille in his artistic career has not failed provocations and games aimed at involving the public directly. In 2011 the streets of Heidelberg are filled with works by an anonymous artist, arousing a strong media interest, the same happens in other European cities and in 2015 following the artist’s relocation in Rome the Art To Still project was born, paintings created for the public and left to the public, free to observe and “steal”, a reflection that Zeitwille and the Roman artist Canz-52 with which the project took shape, make on the theme of accessibility of the works in the contemporary art market. Continually looking for the right balance between overlaps and levels, light and dark, lights and shadows, his works at first glimpse easily identifiable and recognizable by the observer, reveal at a closer look, an infinity of forms and meanings.
